This providers office is very organized, clean and professional. Dr. Joshua Reinhart is a great doctor and he really cares for his patients, striving to give them the best medical care he can. 100% recommend!
I have been so impressed both apointments ive had here between Dr.Ryanheart* and Dr.Vats FNP Wow Vats understood me on a level no Dr has ever taken the time to she didnt shame me she worked with me and quiet frankly her bedside manor 100% would recommend again and again! Thank yall for all you do! I pray i got her name right! She knows who she is thank you from the bottom of my heart!
The reception crew was very professional and kind. The wait time was not a problem. Dr. Gutierrez and his nurse were very attentive to my problems and quickly diagnosed the problem. And delivered a right treatment.
I have been to the clinic on a few occasions and I would give a thumbs up for their professional courtesy and timely service. I would highly recommend them and know I am a nurse myself so I know what to look for.
Showed at 227 for an appt I scheduled @3. I am told my insurance is out of network and that insurance can't be verified rn. Front desk recommended to cancel appt. Any kind of notification is always good. inform your patients. If it was HMO "out of network" when I changed my PCP prior to be able to schedule this appt. it should have been noticed since Insurances are verified before patient comes in or even scheduled.
Dr Ryman is compassionate and professional.
I had several minor issues to discuss with Dr. Mbakwe, needing her to guide me and/or run tests, X-rays, or refer me. She took her time with me and together, we came up with a good plan of action and follow-up timeframe.
I absolutely love this place and I love the team. Special call out to Dr. Key and Candice her Nurse. I feel cared for I feel listen to. I feel like they care about what I have to say.

Danielle Key has been my care provider since 2009, she and her nurse, Candace, know my family (and even some of my friends) because she sees them as well. Danielle found my breast cancer in July 2022 and her team helped ensure I took care of myself. I truly feel seen, heard and respected by Danielle and her team. Since my provider moved within Ascension, my review has changed dramatically. While my provider continues to treat me well, the reception team is curt with patients, the phlebotomy team treats you like a cattle call, the automatic messages are excessive and incorrect.
