They're unprofessional, lack knowledge, don't communicate and overall a terrible experience. My wife and I hired them to fix some obvious fraudulent taxes filed against her. They waited 3mos and then came to us with a payment plan. Which was absolutely insane since our entire consultation was about getting roughly 40k in fraudulent taxes filed handled and directed back where they belong. When they realized it was wrong, they laughed it off and said they'd just resubmit different paperwork and for us to wait. It's been a year at this point and they've now passed us down to an associate who's doesn't know anything and can't answer questions without Peter's approval. The only communication we get is copy and paste responses whenever we ask about any updates. They basically stole $1700 from us and are hiding behind technicalities. They take zero accountability for completely bombing their job from the start. If they had any experience or relationships with irs like they claim, they would have rectified their incompetence and we'd e writing a different review. Highly recommend using a qualified and competent firm when dealing with these situations. This firm is not that. They're a turn a burn outfit that takes your money and hides after they screw you over
I was referred to Peter through another business associate. I talked to him over the phone. He seemed very professional. He asked for a $1,200.00 deposit to do my business taxes. I wired him the money because I live in another state than him. For unforseen circumstances I went through a divorce. And couldn't use his services. Subsequently I went another route. This was 3 plus years ago. I left a message over the phone telling him I couldn't use his services and would like refund. It fell on deaf ears. I had tried to call multiple times leaving my number and contact info. Before I asked for a refund he would take my calls. After asking for a refund he wouldn't take them anymore. I just recieved a message from him saying he wouldn't refund me back. His integrity as a professional is very disappointing and very unbecoming. Peter. I had asked you to return my deposit 3 months after giving it to you. I had left a voice message because of the divorce I was going through. I have very year tried to get my deposit back. This is the only year you had ever replied. Your staff did not reach out to me at anytime.
