Update to my original review... This was our third year using A Balanced Income and as always, Malissa made things so simple for us, was super efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We are so glad we found her!! Original review:My family's taxes had become a little bit overwhelming and we just knew we were missing things, so we reached out to Malissa and she made things so much easier and stress-free. The process was simple, the communication was awesome and Malissa patiently answered all of my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better experince. She is such a diligent worker and really knows her stuff. She Gets Taxes Done! It's really like night and day working with her. I have been exploited by other bookkeepers and tax professionals over the past 15 years where I paid them and they didn't do their job.
