I had the occasion to need the services of PDQ Plumbing and I could not be happier. I had purchased a new dishwasher from Home Depot and the company that was supposed to deliver it, connect it and take the old one away was not up to the task. NXT Home Delivery was the name of that company and they should be embarrassed. Their "delivery man" walked in and saw that my dishwasher was not exactly next to my sink but at a slight angle. He immediately said "we can't install this we don't have a long enough hose." He left without doing anything but taking some pictures. The dishwasher sat in my dining area for ten days. When I told Home Depot about the incident, they set me up with PDQ to install the appliance. The two young gentlemen arrived in the time frame that they said they would after giving me a heads up call. They immediately got to work and had the dishwasher installed and were gone in less than an hour...and they didn't use any parts that didn't come with the machine. They were outstanding. The bottom line is the machine could have been installed ten days earlier but the "gentlemen" from NXT were "under motivated"...but it was Friday afternoon so I guess they had places to be. PDQ did an awesome job and they saved the day for Home Depot.
