We paid them for 2 years for a monthly subscription to handle our taxes and finances. Not only have we had problems every year, but the services promised were not rendered. If you want your taxes filed at all; do not use them. We are still waiting on 2024 to be filed.

Terri is non responsive, late, and we are still waiting for them to prepare 2024 taxes. The list is to long to type here, the frustration is just not worth it. They were supposed to handle both personal and business and they have not done either.
