The post below is from 2020, and today, April 17, 2024, our opinion of Steadman Tax Services has not changed, except to appreciate them more. 14 years now, Steadman Tax Services has been doing our taxes. My wife and I are completely comfortable with service. It is a pleasure to enter the offices and be greeted by Linda. She checks all the paperwork and gets us in the queue, then lets us know when the paperwork is ready for signature. She is very pleasant. Often times Natalie will pop out and say hello. Its always nice to have that small gesture. –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Steadman Tax Services has done our taxes each year since we moved here in 2010. They are always professional, and have excellent knowledge of tax laws. We would not want any other firm to do our taxes. Also, after we lost our son in February 2020, they have been most helpful to our daughter-in-law, advising and completing her taxes. Our son had always done them so this was a new step for her. Very grateful to them.

All the people there are very friendly, knowledgeable, just nice people. Are diligent in properly completing tax forms and working with us to make it happen and plan for the new year, est tax payments. Well organized, they don't waste your time.

Natalie Steadman and Steadman Tax Services have been an absolute gift to my sanity for the past few years. Natalie keeps me in line (which is no small feat), but more than that, she’s taught me so much along the way. I don’t just hand things over and hope for the best, I actually understand what’s happening now, thanks to her personal attention when needed. The bookkeeping team in her office has also been fantastic. Numbers are not my forte, and they never will be, so having that support frees me up to do what I truly love instead of wrestling spreadsheets and second-guessing myself. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and just enough humor to make tax season less painful, Steadman Tax Services is the real deal. Highly recommend.

Our taxes suddenly became more complicated, so we went the CPA route for the first time (rather than Turbo Tax). I didn't know what to expect, but Natalie was responsive, well versed, and helped walk us though the process. Nobody likes taxes, but it's a lot easier with Steadman Tax Services!
