I ordered a Bundt cake for my brother’s birthday to be delivered yesterday. The cake never got delivered. No one called me to say there was an issue with delivering or nothing, so the cake basically disappeared after pick up from the store. I called the store and spoke with a manager named Haley around 11am today. The order was supposedly picked up by an Uber driver. Initially Haley said they couldn’t refund me and there was nothing they could do so I’d have to handle it with Uber. After push back and telling her I didn’t order with Uber, she started to change her tone. She asked me if they could deliver the cake today and I said no because his birthday was yesterday and what if they still didn’t deliver it again? I asked for a refund but was NOT refunded my tip because it supposedly went to the Uber driver. This is crazy and I’m so pissed all around. 🚩DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION! Edit: Apparently this location frequently has issues with delivery. I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. That 4.7 rating is misleading.Every delivery review, and there are 6 as of today using the filter reviews feature has a 1 star rating.
Amazing atmosphere, love the employees! Hailey was very nice and helpful with all of my needs! Definitely recommend they have the best cakes, frosting is to die for!

Very disappointed after driving from out of town to pick up a cake for a birthday to find the store closed with hours of operation still open. I could see someone behind the counter and when exiting my vehicle the lights turned off and the individual went to the back. I arrived at 7:25pm. Yes it was nearing the closing time, however, this is very poor service and especially when we see the employees in there. Very disappointed in this location.

I ordered a "Happy Birthday" themed bundt cake online from Canada and initially selected vanilla as the flavor. A few days before delivery, I called the bakery to request a change to chocolate. When the cake arrived, my sister let me know it was still vanilla instead of chocolate. I contacted the bakery right away, and they handled the situation incredibly well. Not only did they remake the cake in chocolate, but they also delivered it again at no extra charge. The person I spoke with (I regret not catching her name) went above and beyond to make things right, and I truly appreciate her help. I have been ordering cakes from this bakery for several years, and they continue to impress me every time. They are truly five-star. If you are looking for delicious cakes and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend them.
