I enjoy working with this insurance company! Yanelis is a great agent—she’s friendly, professional, and always very helpful. Whenever I have questions or need to make a request, she follows up quickly and makes sure everything is taken care of. If there’s ever something I don’t understand, she takes the time to explain it clearly. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and highly recommend working with her!
