This was my first time here. When I say service and atmosphere were awesome I mean that! Very timely, beyond clean and serene atmosphere, beverages, snacks and all around GREAT SERVICE! My hair is pretty, very neat and clean parts, and above all it DOESN'T HURT! I was able to not only fall asleep occasionally while they were braiding it but i also was able to sleep that night comfortably and pull my hair in ponytail the next morning for work! I will definitely be back! A hidden gem! RECOMMEND YOU BOOK NOW!
She’s unprofessional and cannot braid properly. The work was sloppy, and it came out within the first few hours. If you look at the pictures, you can clearly see it wasn’t sealed correctly at the salon, which explains why it unraveled. She said she would fix it the next day, but she wasn’t even there she was at an appointment. I don’t recommend her at all. Completely incompetent. Look at the pictures and book somewhere else.
Unprofessional behavior and subpar work. My daughter's hair unraveled hours after getting it done. I deserved a refund or to get it fixed. She refused a refund of any amount and wasn't going to be available to fix it either. She needs to learn how to seal ends and how to properly work with natural hair.
First I drove frm Houston n yes I was an hour late she didn't have to do um if she didn't want to but she did first if she don't the front n asked me was that a good size I said yes well long story short the back was done totally different way bigger n heavy I asked for her to redo the back she said no then I looked at her prices n I was over charged by a lot the braids she did aren't medium but charged me $220 they're actually 3 different sizes n different lengths again I drove 3 1/2 hrs for this project look

Got Knotless Spring Twists for 220, and they were PERFECT! Not tight, not loose, PERFECT parts and only took 5 hours. Best braiding place in Austin to be honest! They get down to doing your hair immediately after you sit down! And they have snacks!
I had boho braids once and the experience wasn't the best. My experience at Nama was professionally and I absolutely love my boho braids. Since moving back to TX, it was a challenge to find a local I was completely satisfied with. I now found one and it's close to home. Thank you for the lovely service
