Johnny did so good on my son’s haircut. My son usually is a handful but Johnny was really kid friendly, introduced himself to him and interacted with him so well. Definitely recommend & I will be a returning customer!
We've been bringing our boys (13 & 5) here for a few years and have had such a great experience with Trust the Cut (Lance). The quality and consistency of the haircuts keep us coming back every time, especially with kids of different ages. My youngest feels comfortable, and my oldest always leaves confident with a fresh cut. The shop has such a positive vibe, and while we've only personally worked with Lance, the other barbers clearly do amazing work too. Every client we see leaves looking sharp. It's obvious this is a shop full of talented professionals. We're thankful to have found Lance and his team!
This place is gold. The people are genuinely good people that care about their craft. If you have a complaint or a problem, there are plenty of other barbershops in the area.
Been going to Teshe for 2 1/2 years. She is the best quick, friendly and most of all: she knows what she’s doing.
I made an appointment for a haircut, but when I arrived, my barber was out and no one notified me beforehand or offered to have another barber take care of me. There were three other barbers available, yet no one made an effort to help or get me into a chair. I decided to give the place another chance. At my second appointment, I arrived minutes early, but my barber still wasn’t ready and didn’t see me until about 10 minutes after my scheduled time. What’s the point of the appointments. First there was no communication when my barber didn’t make it, and then the next visit started late. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning.
I was really disappointed with my experience here with Emilee. I showed a clear reference photo and explained exactly how I wanted my haircut, but the result looked nothing like what I asked for. The fade was uneven, the neckline wasn’t cleaned up properly, and I felt rushed through the appointment. I tried to give the barber feedback during the cut, but it didn’t seem like my concerns were taken seriously. For the price I paid, I expected much more attention to detail and professionalism. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
Teshe is thee hair goddess. She can do no wrong! She’s been my son’s barber for 3 years now.
