I have been trying to get in to get a teeth cleaning for over a month. The office keeps telling me that the person that needs to verify my insurance is not in the office. They never call back to give me an update and when I call, they tell me that the insurance person is still out of the office. On my insurance's website, it says that Dr. Morgan does take my insurance, and the strangest thing is that when I asked to just pay out of pocket for my cleaning, they still would not let me make an appointment. The person answering the phone is very unprofessional and rude and she told me to go find another dentist. This is very concerning. : (

The front desk staff are quite rude. This office feels like a debt collection agency.

This place is AMAZING! They are so informative, kind, and accommodating! I normally fear the dentist since I am terrible with routine but they make it as bearable as possible!

Dr. Morgan is an honest man who does great work and cares about his patients. Left him for a short time for insurance purposes and experienced the bad or greedy Dentists that only care about charging you as much as they can get away with. Glad to be back even if its out of my insurance network. P.S. His staff is over the top too.

Just went for my first 2 visits to Dr Morgan He and his staff are very professional & show great customer care He did a very thorough exam & actually did 2 fillings the next day My wife is going to get an appointment with him soon Looking forward to having him as our family dentist for years to come

As a retired former dental hygienist, I felt confident that Dr. Morgan and all his staff knew well how to practice great dentistry. These people know what they’re doing and they are patient and friendly.

My daughter is ready to move to adult care so I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Morgan. I was informed that he was not accepting any new patients and that they just couldn't handle the "kids home from School". I am very disappointed.

Beware! Beware! Beware! If you question the prices that you were told over the phone, they will terminate your membership. I had called earlier to see what it would cost just for a consultation. Claire at the front desk said it would be $164 dollars. So, while I had her on the phone, I asked her what the annual cost would be. Clare quoted me $303.00, at the time I thought that was an unusual price, because most of the quotes that I had gotten was in round figures or even numbers, so I ask her the second time, did you say $303.00, and she said yes. On 8/30/2023 I had an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Morgan. I saw Dr. Morgan and Geno his nurse. I was impressed with both of them. And at that point I decided that I would like for Dr. Morgan to be my dentist. When I checked out at the front desk, I told Clare I would be signing up for them to be my dentist. She said that that would be $453.00. I thought that was a little more than I expected but I didn’t take the time to go over the statement that she had printed out for me, I figured I would do that when I got home. When I got home and had time to look over the statement it turned out they charged me $349.00 for the yearly cost instead of $303.00 that I was quoted over the phone. I called Clare and she said that she quoted me $349.00 over the phone and I said no I wrote down what you told me which was $303.00. We had a back-and-forth discussion and finally I said that if you can’t honor what you said over the phone then just cancel my membership. Clare said, “well I will have to call you back tomorrow”. On Thursday 8/31/2023 nobody called by mid-morning, so I drove over to their office. When I arrived, Stephanie was behind the counter and she said, “hand me your credit card and I will refund you for everything except the consultation yesterday”. I said, “I don’t want a refund because I want to continue to see Dr. Morgan, I just want you to honor the price of $303.00 that I was told over the phone”. A lot of discussion took place and finally Stephanie said, “we are not going to be able to work together and we don’t want you here, so hand me your credit card”. I handed her my credit card and she refunded everything except the consultation charge, and she gave me a discount on that. One more thing, their statements are very hard to read and understand.
