The best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. The front desk receptionist was incredibly helpful with insurance and the staff was absolutely amazing. So kind and patient! I would highly recommend this place!
Amazing first experience . I came in so anxious. She made me so comfortable, so kind and compassionate. I wish her the best. Without a doubt she is the best hygienist I’ve met Thanks for your dedication. Brier was the hygienist and my My provider Dr Trung was so kind , compassionate and very attentive. I could ask any questions and had immediate responses. Ican recommend this Facility to anybody in the community who requires the best care.

I had trouble finding a good dental office, but once I found Moment Dental, I knew I’d found the right place. I started my Invisalign treatment with them and the experience has been great so far. The front staff is amazing—always welcoming and really nice. I definitely recommend checking them out!
When I first came in today, I made mental notes of the names of a couple staff members who I believed deserved some positive recognition, but as my appointment progressed, I found that the amazing care I was receiving seems to be the standard here! Every single person I interacted with today was kind, respectful, and caring. I was seen in a very timely manner, and was even able to do a same day filling. I felt comfortable asking questions and voicing concerns, and the staff addressed me sincerely every time. I would highly recommend Moment Dental.
I cannot say too many positive things! I was sent by my regular dentist for a tricky procedure. I was nervous about the whole thing but Dr. Wharton and her staff immediately calmed me, even stopping for a break in the procedure when I felt sick. Gentle, compassionate, able to explain medical complexities in layman's terms, they even called me the next day to make certain I was okay. I am switching dentists after 30 years! Round Rock is a drive for me but the care at Moment Dental is soooooo worth it!
This is one of the best dental facilities/dentist I have been to! I've only had positive experiences here. The staff are super friendly and attentive to your needs. They always send out appointment reminders/confirmations which is super helpful. Scheduling is also very flexible if you do need to adjust appointments. I also got Invisalign through Moment Dental and I am super satisfied with the results! Very excited to have found a place that I can continue to return to for my routine check ups and cleanings.
Do not recommend. Did not get the dentist i had requested which already made me feel uneasy out the gate. Dentist cut my gum while examining me. Went ahead and scheduled next steps anyways and they needed to reschedule me to figure out which drugs I needed for a CLEANING. This was frustrating to begin with as I had already organized with my work to make the appointments work. When I spoke to the front desk about rescheduling I felt they were extremely condescending about it and I will not be returning to this dentist.
The office was clean and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch dental care!
I'm new to Texas, and this was my first dental checkup. Everything about the visit was wonderful! The staff members are warm, patient and very friendly. They work together as a very efficient team, explaining each step in the process and what to expect. Nothing felt rushed. As a first exam, Desiree took 18 X-rays besides a panoramic. I have TMJ and a pretty small mouth, and she was very careful and patient with the process. When I mentioned my concern that my insurance might not pay for such a thorough exam (I've been billed before...)-- and she assured me that I would not be charged above what the company reimbursed them. Emily was meticulous yet gentle cleaning my teeth. I'm sure I've never had a better one! Dr Phan is very friendly. He listened patiently and attentively as I recounted my (rather long-winded) recent dental history. He explained his interpretation of my x-rays and addressed my questions and concerns very thoughtfully. For all the careful attention, would you think I might have been told I needed a bunch of dental work right away? No-- the plan is to watch and wait. My whole mouth is carefully documented, and I'm super happy to have found such a wonderful team of professionals who I can trust, and actually look forward to seeing in six months.
