Every time I eat here I have a different, good experience with the staff. Our server today was Steven. He was prompt, attentive, and engaged in conversation with us. The food, as always, was tasty, fresh, and very filling! Since we went before the dinner rush, the restaurant was quieter than usual, but still lively enough not to be boring. Anyone who asks for a good place to eat in GT, this is the first place I always suggest!!
We come here quite often and today our waitress ( Mandy per the receipt) was super unpleasant, not sure if she was just having a bad day but it just messes up the whole dining experience. You could just tell she was in a bad mood and because of that her serving was very poor and it was just odd. When it was time to pay we asked if there was tap to pay as I left my card at my house, she said “ no we don’t have tap to pay” in a cold manner and just walked off. To which then my boyfriend is walking outside to grab his wallet and before he leaves, he asks the front desk and they say they absolutely do have tap to pay. So not sure what the deal was tbh, service was bad but food was amazing as always.
Our waitress was very kind and hard working. We had a great time we got the soup of the day and a club and they were both wonderful.

I cannot say enough good things about 2020 Market. My husband and I have always loved it as a date spot, so we planned to make a special night of it to celebrate our recent wedding. Due to some misunderstanding, our reservation was taken incorrectly. Manager Brandon went above and beyond to rectify the situation, leading to an extremely enjoyable evening. The food and drinks are always outstanding, the atmosphere feels both casual and upscale at the same time, and the service is always above and beyond.
Last week I came in to this nice place. I found something I love and rarely see, bagel and lox. It was perfection ! Capers gently mixed with creme cheese, a sprinkling of fresh dill and sweet, fresh thinly sliced onion. My bagel was toasted and crisp. The salmon was artfully tucked between it all. BUT---I came in today and this wonderful dish took a big dive. To my disappointment it was a cold bagel, no onion, no capers! Someone picked up the plate for me and took it back to the kitchen. It came back, bagel still cold, capers carelessly dumped on top, onion all over the plate, it was really a careless offering ! The reason we frequent any restaurant is for one reason, CONSISTANCY. I truly hope whoever made this plate will take the time it takes to do even the small plates in a pleasing way and be consistent. I'm not giving up on you or my favorite dish. Best wishes!
