Amazing place to take your kids from little ones under 2 to maybe 12? Parents will enjoy this place and they have snacks and drinks for sale. There is a pizza place nearby. Recommendation to business: monthly subscription please!
Super cute, well-kept, and clean spot. The price is fair. It's not as big as other Austin playgrounds, but it feels more organized and less chaotic. It's more for toddlers to 10-year-olds, not really for older kids. My son and friends had a blast here.
We had a great time, will be back many times. Looking forward to the expansion as well.
Best park ever! Needs a little maintenance, but worth the while
We love this place. Glad we finally have an indoor playground. We tend to spend about 2 to 3 hrs here. Some 2 cents for the owners.. a lot of the sections are filthy. We tend to get sick after coming here even after cleaning hands and a bath. From what I've seen; The glass bowl has a layer of smeared hand prints on the second level, the spinning bowl is the same. I get bored in ball pit and dig. You don't want to know what I find in there.. also Crumbs and hair throughout the place. The bathrooms were all clean. 🫧 There was about 3 staff member chilling behind the counter. I've seen one, one time before, do a walk through with a vacuum. The tall slides are very fun but it requires bags to go down. My 4 year old had burned her bottom thigh and has been pouting about it all week. I personally melted holes in 2 pairs of shorts going down. We always try to use the bags but most are gone, heavily ripped or been replaced with cheap plastic bags that don't stay under you. Y'all are making some money so don't be cheap and replace those bags. Kids are getting hurt. If you need a manager lmk, I'll get this place into shape.
We spent two hours here. My toddler had the best time. We can't wait to go back.
Nice place. Kids enjoyed, lots to do! The young man working the front desk was very friendly and helpful, however the young lady working with him could not get off her phone to greet us or help us. In fact I never saw her get up from her chair.
Please update the closing time on your website. The website reflects hours of 10a-8pm, yet when we arrived, we were informed on weekdays they close at 7pm. Now I have upset kids.
