TERRIBLE Customer service!! I've been here three times now twice as a doordasher and once as a customer and I'm telling you I won't be back for either. Zero stars for me if it was an option.

Ordered brunch for my wife, daughter, and I. Turkey egg and cheese croissant for my daughter and I and avocado and pimento cheese croissant for my wife. The young lady who took the order was given the order multiple times and still Messed it up. Ordered no bacon on both mine and my daughter’s sandwich but they kept bringing hers with bacon twice. Then 40 minutes later and nobody waiting we asked where the order was and got these confused looks. Finally got a refund but come on. Pay attention, accept responsibility, and get the order right. The food we received was good including the coffee but the service and unwillingness to fix the order is why you got a 1 star.
Unfortunate that they take so long when it comes to making coffee and sandwiches. The coffee tastes burnt too! They either are rushing the shots of espresso, the roasting is off, or they're using coffee that is older. Word to the wise, upgrade/fix your equipment, invest in quality training for employees, and have secret shoppers frequently stop by. This will identify weak links that require additional training and give you accurate analytics on performance for dine-in, to-gos, and drive-thru. As a small business owner, this is easier said than done, but invest in your employees. I have noticed that there are consistent issues with certain employees. On the flip side, it seems you have found a couple passionate people to work here. I have spoken to a few employees already about how they feel about the overall work environment and they seem to me like some of the quality issues come from the higher ups and that they don't have much control. When asked about the bad reviews, they have actual reasons as to why performance suffered. They are overwhelmed and the support is lacking here. also fix your Wi-Fi please. I don't want to go to Starbucks.
This is actually my favorite coffee shop ever! Everyone is so nice and the coffee is always so darn good! After a long week of work I go and pick up an iced instant karma and it’s literally heavenly!
I'm not one to review many places but when I meet an employee that goes above and beyond their call of duty to help someone in need, what other choice do I have? Andy deserves a shout-out for helping out a mother and her infant who nearly got hit outside in the parking lot that day. I only stayed for maybe 10 minutes total but just after he helped me choose a drink after I was being super indecisive, out of nowhere a maniac driver was barrelling towards those two and came within two feet of hitting them before losing control of their car and exiting before authorities could be called. Andy went out there to make sure the lady and kid were safe and okay before letting them into the coffee shop and taking extra care of them. I didn't think that he was going out of the store to help but was pleasantly surprised when I saw him help up that lady who was really shaken up. You don't see people go the extra mile like that anymore, and I genuinely think he deserves some recognition. I think this place is much better than any Starbucks and has people serving you that genuinely care about you even if you aren't a customer yet. I definitely want to stop by again soon!
I just wanted to point out that not accepting cash is inherently classist against those without the means for digital or card payments. Also the service, food and coffee are mediocre at best so business practices is what makes this place more desirable not the product.
I have to edit my review due to the handful of times I have recieved fairly poor service. At least three times on three different occasions, my order had been forgotten. The first time, I had to leave without my food item because I was running late and had no more time. The next time directly after that incident, they did recognize me and offered a free drink card. That was very generous. The second time, it was someone else separate from the first. It took them 20 or so minites to realize I had ordered more food, then another 15 minutes or so to get my food item. The third time this happened to me, it was another person separate from all of the other times! I had been waiting 30 minutes and that's when they asked if I ordered anything else! At that point, I just asked for a refund. They were able to accommodate. The coffee is still good, the food is alright, the service is somehow consistently poor.
The waitstaff is very professional and the coffee is excellent!
Andy and Rider are super helpful in recommending coffee options and create a happy atmosphere. I go here a lot and spend hours there to do school work. The bathrooms are actually nice and clean, they have free water and amazing food options. If you communicate to the baristas about how you like your coffee then you won't be disappointed. Even if you don't like the drink they will remake it.
So much that is right with this place. They have an awesome blend for their house coffee, cheap lunch options, and partners with the Fika table for their pastries. I come around lunch time usually and it's nice, cozy, and typically not loud. The staff are really cool individuals, and treat you like family. They have a great seating selection if you want to meet people for coffee/lunch and you can even play uno or chess if you want. It's nice seeing a coffee shop pay so much to detail and show up in ways that matter. I've read about the slow service here, but I haven't personally experienced that, so it might occasionally happen. I recommend their iced London Fog, and the taller guy named Ryder told me to try it hot next time, so I'm excited to try it. Thank you guys, y'all are awesome.
