I went in today for a consultation to see what type of treatment plan would be available to restore functionality of my teeth and give me back my smile. I am missing most all of my posterior teeth, have some cavities and have years of periodontal disease. I was very anxious and feared I would be told they all need to be pulled and that I need dentures. My first contact was with Barbara when I called to make the appointment. She was professional and kind. I met the rest of the staff and then Dr. Brannock for the first time today. Dr. Brannock went over my X-rays with me explaining everything he was seeing. He recommended a treatment plan and answered all my questions. This whole team had me feeling at ease shortly after the visit started. I know I've got a ways to go for the end result, but I feel very confident in Dr. Brannock's abilities and the warmth of his team to have a successful experience and outcome.
Mallard Creek Dental is an excellent Dental Clinic. Dr Brannock and just staff are personable, professional, and efficient. From the front desk to the cleaning chair to the evaluation and recommended treatment, they have always been spot-on! If you are looking for great service, then look no further! Thank you!
Update: April 14, 2026 - I couldn't be happier with my experience at this dental office. I've been going here for 5 years now, and the entire staff is truly outstanding - courteous, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. They make you feel comfortable and well cared for, and it's clear they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. I've been going here since I moved to Taylor in . My husband and I could not be happier with Dr. Brannock and his awesome staff!!! Always receive a warm welcome, and everyone is so friendly!! We're treated with respect, and never feel rushed. Office is always immaculate, and love that they're up-to-date with equipment. We get the best care here. Highly recommend!!!
