Our kids’ dental hygienist is amazing! She’s gentle, patient, and makes every visit stress-free. My children feel comfortable and cared for each time. We couldn’t ask for better care!
I didn’t mind the hour wait time (even though I had an appointment scheduled) but the staff would always call regarding insurance details in case changes occur and were willing to work with me. I’m a full time employee and a reminder is greatly appreciated. However this time the staff messaged me the before the appointment was not willing to work with and even with insurance was telling me I had to pay full price. In other doctors offices if there is an insurance information I’ve always been able to handle it the day of the appointment. However for some reason the staff was unwilling to work with me, I told them sensitive information I can provide the day off the appointment but was told no and that I will have to pay full price. I would not recommend this place, the only reason I would wait a longtime was at least the staff was pleasant had good customer service skills, but with that change I can longer recommend this place.

The staff at Little Giggles in Taylor are the best! I have two kids that have been going there for several years. My 5 year old is always anxious when she goes in. The staff are patient with her and make her feel at ease. You won’t be disappointed if you take your kids to Little Giggles.
We love Little Giggles in Taylor!! They always go out of their way to make sure my kids are comfortable. They thoroughly explain every step to the kids as they work so they understand what is happening and there aren’t any surprises! Can’t recommend them enough!
It has been very difficult to find a good doctor to work on my babies, but they did an amazing job with them. The doctor and the dental assistants were so nice.
