Dr. Latta is very efficient! She made she we were very informed before discharging us and got it done in less than 15 minutes with our ten million questions!!! So fortunate to have found her 💚
Don’t go to the family care in this location if you are in rush, even if you have appointment scheduled they make u wait for the provider even for hours, I don’t understand if they don’t have enough ppl why they scheduled many appointments at the same time 🤦🏻♀️
am extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received. I had a doctor’s appointment on Monday, and my medication has still not been called into the pharmacy. I have already left a message through the patient portal and contacted customer care on Wednesday morning, but I have not received a response. Delays like this are unacceptable, especially when it involves prescribed medication. Having government insurance does not mean that my health concerns should be treated with less urgency or respect. I am requesting immediate assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring my prescription is sent to the pharmacy today. This is the worst Doctor office . how they wait a week to call in your medication, this is awful , i will never go back there
Aleman Musial, APRN, is truly the only reason I continue to go to this building. Unfortunately, my experiences with other providers there have often felt rushed and impersonal, like I was just another number instead of a patient who deserves care and respect. That is not the case with Aleman Musial. From the very first visit, she has shown genuine compassion, professionalism, and respect. She actually listens without interrupting or rushing and takes the time to understand not just symptoms, but you as a person. Even though her schedule is very full (which says a lot about how great she is), she always makes sure follow-up appointments are scheduled and that I’m doing well on my medication. I never feel forgotten or brushed off. She is incredibly knowledgeable and combines her clinical experience with a thoughtful, patient centered approach. She explains options clearly, works with you to find the best treatment plan, and makes you feel comfortable asking questions or expressing concerns. Her bedside manner is outstanding, and she treats patients with dignity and care something that is unfortunately rare these days. Overall, Aleman Musial is an exceptional psychiatrist. She is attentive, compassionate, and truly invested in her patients’ well-being. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and takes mental health seriously, she is the best.
Dr. Aleman Musial is the most awful psychiatrist I have ever had. Please don't trust her or anything she says. It's such an awful thing to trust someone with your thoughts and emotions and they make you feel bad for it? And then you ask me what helps and then interrupts me in the middle of talking. Please don't push me to do therapy. It doesn't help everyone. Seriously. God awful person.
Family Medicine Front Desk Ladies were Super Nice and Helpful. Nurse Practitioner and Nurse seemed like they HATE there jobs. I transferred to Georgetown and Front Desk and Doctor were GREAT but Nurse seemed like she too HATED her job.If your so unhappy find another place to work. Maybe House Keeping where you don’t deal with the public.
If you’re looking for a primary care physician, look elsewhere. My experience in health I-don’t-care was horrifying. I made an initial appointment two months in advance, completed 200+ questions a week in advance, responded to the text message reminder a few days in advance and ChECKED IN online the morning of the appointment. I drove an hour to be there, only to be told Dr. Sabu wasn’t in. Didn’t someone call you Friday? Nope, no phone calls. Just the text asking me to check in TODAY. The front desk “worker” was as cold as ice. Initially said she couldn’t reschedule me for a month but then found an opening for next week. TWO hours later, I got a text asking me to fill out questionnaires—the SAME ones I did a week ago! If this is how they operate, I want no part of it. No health CARE here.

I am so happy I was able to walk into the environment I did at Lone Star Circle of Care. Starting with the security, very welcoming. I assumed I knew where I was headed and walked into the wrong office where i was greeted, and helped by a Woman named Flor Garcia. I’m so grateful for Flor G (receptionist in Women’s Health)! She went above and beyond to help me. I was lost trying to find the right place for my autistic child, and she didn’t just give me directions—she actually stopped what she was doing and walked me to the location. That kind of kindness and care means so much. Thank you, Lone Star Circle of Care—not just for Flor, but for all the amazing employees as well. You all are doing an outstanding job! Everyone was so welcoming, happy, and full of smiles. It truly made a difference for me and my child.
