I rented last year for $90 an hour. I was able to bring food and a bounce house. It was an ok deal for how small the space is. It's nothing fancy, good for small parties. I called to book this year, It went up to $120 an hour. $75 to bring food. $35 to use the dumpster. What a joke!!! I know times are a little rough but this place isn't worth anywhere near that price. I hope your greed puts you out of business.
Wonderful venue for small whimsical wedding.
The location is good but easy to miss if you don't know it's by a dental office. There is not any signage. We had a baby shower there the manager showed up late, he was told multiple times we didn't want conference chairs. We spent our paid time rolling these chairs into his storage room. He had a potential renter show up while our guest were leaving. It was difficult to unload and unfold all the chairs we needed. It took a great deal of our time. We had to put aside some of our decorations. The setting is nice. It's got a good outdoor space however the outdoor space is not functioning. We had to request the bathrooms be cleaned apparently the dental staff use the bathrooms. There is a small kitchen. It's very handy. We had a beautiful event - it would be great if it was set up as we asked.
Great place was out funds but still very respectful and nice. They still showed they cares which is a plus in my book always..

Customer service is amazing. I spoke to Brett and asked him to hold the room till I had a chance to look at it. He did that and I did not reserve the room at end of the day because of my own issues. Brett was only helpful throughout the process and thanked me for visiting them. Brett is a thorough professional and it was wonderful working with him. I loved the location, room and there is lots of parking. Hopefully next time around I can book this.
Meghan s Baby Shower was held here. Great event area!! Her BF Tiffany did a fabulous job with decorating, great snacks and fun games. It was Amazing!! Excited that my grandbaby girl is coming soon!! 👶 🎁 🌟

Very nice facility. This is not the first time I've been there. Went to a church service, comfortable chairs nice room excellent clean bathrooms. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to.
