Picture quality and concessions were good quality, the customer service just wasn’t it. My first time at Cedar Park and I got the ugliest look from an employee for not knowing exactly how they operated and having to ask a question. I get having a bad night but it totally sunk my night with my girlfriend for a bit. Also when I left the theater for a drink and was in line, she stood by the oven for several minutes rather than let that cook and take my order; there was only one person on register. I can’t speak for the entire Cinemark, but seemingly this employee’s last priority is the customer and that hurts the experience for people trying to have a good night.
