We LOVE La Riv! Heidi is amazing, personable, attentive and always makes our experience memorable! We have tried multiple items on the menu and always come back, as it is our Georgetown Square staple.

About 3.5! Good place, slightly expensive. Wish they had more choices in chicken pasta . Gnocchi was slightly salty. Salmon was amazing. But bread pudding was basic and underwhelming! Paid about 170$
Wonderful first experience! My wife and I opted to sit at the bar for dinner. Robert and Rebecca (I refer to them as the R&R Dream Team) were wonderful hosts, bartenders and servers. We enjoyed a delicious Chef Board, fresh baked bread, Fingerling Potatoes, followed by the incredible Wood Roasted Chicken (probably the best Ive ever had) and a limited time offering of the Wagyu Ribeye. Tender, juicy and seasoned to perfection. I had Old Fashioneds (perfect) and my wife drank Baileys on the rocks. R&R were friendly, engaging and made our experience that much better. Our next visit will include a sampling of their wood fired pizza. The ambiance was comfortable and cozy. Upscale, but not stuffy. Very pleasant. Highly recommend this restaurant. Tell R&R that M&M said "hello".
The food here is really good, everything we had from pasta to pizza to fish was really delicious. Well worth a visit.
One of the worst restaurants l went to in a long time. The sodium levels were as high as the price!
Soild spot for a date night
If you are looking for a great evening with family or friends, La Riv does not disappoint. The cuisine is on point, all of the dishes are prepared with care and the presentation is inviting. We have been fortunate enough to have Heidi be our server several times. My wife and I now request Heidi by name. What a sweet gal. We walk in with smiles, enjoy a fantastic meal with a nice wine pairing, and walk out completely satisfied. Fresh food, great service, a friendly atmosphere. La Riv is not to be missed!
My friend and I met up at this beautiful restaurant on Tuesday. Our waitress was Sharon, beautiful and gentle smile. She welcomed us as we were one of the first guest to walk in for 4pm seating. She understood the menu very well. I actually learned about Italian food being so authentic. The bread was hot! With this smoked butter and red oil that was delicious!! I got the braised rib, DELICIOUS! We really enjoyed this restaurant and look forward to going back. Hopefully, meet Sharon again. I definitely say go and enjoy. The food and experience is worth the price.
We were visiting family in Georgetown and wanted a nice Italian spot for dinner. From the moment we walked in, the experience was fantastic. While we waited for our table, Rebecca made us some amazing drinks at the bar and was incredibly friendly - it set the tone for the whole evening. Once we were seated, Sharon took care of us as our waitress and she was just as wonderful. She made us feel right at home, like we were regulars even though it was our first visit. The food? Absolutely delicious. Every dish hit the mark. If you’re in Georgetown and craving Italian, don’t skip this place. Between the warm hospitality from Rebecca and Sharon and the quality of the food, we couldn’t have asked for a better night out with family. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.
The sauces were a disappointment. Not reminiscent of the Mediterranean, no real flavor. Not sure if the Seabass was seabass, not very thick like seabass. Cooking was ok but lacking flavor. A pinch of salt would even have help. Service was wonderful but won't be returning.
