Dr. Patel took her time to listen to my concerns and answered each one of them. They made sure all my needs are taken care of at the appointment. The front was helpful! I was in and out quickly. There was no wait time. I like how they have the blood work done at the same place that saves me time! Highly recommended
I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Dr. Patel, especially considering this is my first negative encounter with ARC. After my annual check-up, I received test results that were slightly abnormal. However, it took a full week just to get a response from Dr. Patel, and when I finally did, the message was vague and unhelpful. In fact, the automatically generated test results provided more clarity than her communication. I expected a more direct follow-up, ideally a phone call, to discuss my concerns. The delay and lack of clarity have left me frustrated and unsure of why it took so long to receive such a minimal response.
She listens, is proactive, respectful of my time, professional, great communication, knows her stuff, and has helped solver several issues in just a few months. I am so thankful I found her when we moved here! I have recommended her to many friends and family members already.
This doctor does not know Patient rights . She does not care about every care that the patient needs and doesn’t bother to give every referral as she is over concerned about some specialists charging her patients too much . I have united health care and they do cover some of the payment . She has 0 knowledge about this .
Their slogan says “I treat patients by listening to them”… interesting, that was not my experience with them. They were 20 mins late to the appointment. They did not listen, they made up their mind about my symptom set without taking more than 10 mins and cut me off to tell me they had more patients that day. Seriously never going back to this person.
Another amazing appointment with Dr Patel, she is competent and thorough. At my first Medicare wellness check, she covered everything vision, hearing, blood tests, etc. At my request, she also tested me for h pylori because I'd been diagnosed with it a year ago. I never felt rushed or not listened to. Dr Patel really takes time to care about your health. She is very professional and direct when answering questions. She definitely goes over and above communicating results and future health goals. Jaime her assistant is also a gem. So glad this little duo arrived in Liberty Hill!
