I recently leased a home at 720 W Ave E in Killeen tx from Patience Riggins. She even amended the lease for the city of Killeen water department. After 2 days and paying alot for all the deposits and moving expenses she tells me she is canceling the lease and gave me 48 hrs to move. This was 4th of July weekend when we had all the flooding and storms. I notified her that Aaron's needed to get the washer and dryer and refrigerator and my 1500 electric love seat was there because it couldn't be moved because of weather conditions. When they went Monday to get the items she had locked me out. She is not professional and does not represent what a realtor should be. I have filed a complaint with Trec. I am also filing a suit for wrongful termination of lease. I contacted her boss got no response. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
