As an out-of-state investor, I want to sincerely thank Jackee and her team for everything she did to help me successfully sell my rental property in San Marcos, Texas. The process was far from easy and came with a lot of obstacles. We ran into major challenges, including a newly required water meter installation from the water department. Jackee went above and beyond by reaching out to multiple organizations and departments to explore every possible option to bypass the installation. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be avoided, and we had to temporarily take the property off the market until the upgrades were completed to stay in compliance. On top of that, we dealt with uncooperative tenants that made showings difficult, as well as delays caused by multiple contractors who failed to meet deadlines or deliver quality work to get the property market-ready. Despite all of this, Jackee remained patient, proactive, and professional throughout the entire process. Thanks to her strategy, persistence, and strong understanding of the local market, we were ultimately able to relist and find the right buyer. From someone who went through a very challenging out-of-state sale, I can confidently say I don’t know how I would have gotten this property sold without her. I highly recommend Jackee for any of your real estate needs.
