This review is solely based on customer service. I had a reservation for 4 for a friend’s birthday dinner at 5:45. The day of, at 2:30, Juniper called to confirm my reservation which I did. And then proceeded to tell me that they had a private event scheduled and would be closing the restaurant at 7:00, and wanted to make sure I knew and would “still have enough time to enjoy my meal.” As if barely over an hour is long enough to fully enjoy a birthday dinner and drinks. While I understand the situation, the fact that it was not conveyed until 3 hours prior is absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service. That call should have taken place, at minimum, the day before so other arrangements could be made. Just a warning, you should check and make sure you have an adequate amount of time prior to making a reservation there.
