Horrible. Besides the guy watching movie moving through the machine, did not make the cut that I asked for not to pay attention to what I asked. I will not be back again. I wasted my time and money and got frustrated because I was growing my hair out to get the cut and it didn't do what it was supposed to do. A lack of commitment to the customer because we want to leave there with good self-esteem and leave frustrated. DISAPPOINTED. Replicanting the JD’s answer. I saw that you already said about a customer that he had dirty hair. I think that's his excuse to everyone. First of all, my hair was clean with shampoo and conditioner, I was JUST with a hat to not use any product like pomade or gel and make your work difficult. But even if I had dirty hair, wouldn't it be professional of you to offer a wash? You didn't even wet my hair, the movie was more interesting than the customer. You're not a professional, you do it anyway, and on top of that you don't have the manliness to assume you were watching a movie while cutting my hair. You say my hair was sweaty? speaking of hygiene, you didn't even clean the last customer's hair before asking me to sit in the chair. Slow, lazy and dirty. I said I didn't speak enough English to say the name of the cut, so I showed 3 photos with the idea of the cut. But you who are reading this review, tell me if it was similar. He didn't even feel like combing my hair. I came out worse than I went in. May this serve you to improve, take care of your customers, evolve and be responsible for the appearance of customers. Booked an appointment for my boyfriend for his birthday & the night before the appointment I got a message saying his appointment was cancelled. No phone call & at the last minute. Found the number and called to see if it was just an error... Got a ghetto voicemail saying for faster reply to text. So, I texted, didn't get a reply at all. Couldn't tell you if the guy does good work or not, but looking at the reviews, being reliable isn't his strongest asset. I booked well in advance & wasn't even givena heads up in time to book another appointment with someone else. Save yourself the headache and just book at Rooster's... This guy is a ridiculous!
Always does an amazing job on my kiddo! Won't see anyone else! We travel all the way from Houston to get an amazing cut!!!
Mid. First time I made an appointment, I got canceled on 30 minutes before but decided to try again the next day because I really needed the cut. Not much of a conversationalist or one to make a friendly of the atmosphere. The cut itself was pretty trash, my shadow fade has a nice uneven line across the middle of it and he didn’t line me up at all and where he did the edge on my neck it’s all crooked. Didn’t really get brushed off at all either. Not worth the $30. More along the lines of what I would expect from the sport clips inside that Walmart your mom told you never to go to.

JD is great. He is fast, attentive, and hard working. I appreciate that he is able to keep the scheduled times and takes great care of me. Highly recommend.

Once again JD comes thru for my son's haircut. My son loves that bald fade and clean hard part. And I don't have to do a thing - because not only is JD an amazing barber, he makes connections with his clients. My son won't see anyone else!
