Can you do zero stars, maybe even negative?!? I have been trying for 2 weeks to contact my agent, James, however there is no return of phone calls. I even had Progressive call with me and we got put on hold until Inszone disconnected us after 10+ minutes of waiting. Inszone caused my home insurance policy to lapse because they would not return calls from my mortgage company, nor did my agent update my account after we refinanced our home and had a new "Payor" listed...I just got off the phone and did that myself with Progressive since neither Progressive or I can get any help from this agent. Inszone has been awful for me and put me in a situation where my policy lapsed and I was uninsured since 11/15/25, even though I called them and left messages saying so and that it was urgent. I had to resolve all of this myself with my mortgage company and Progressive. HORRENDOUS SERVICE and ZERO CARE for their customers...it's almost criminal to me. I didn't even know my policy was cancelled so God forbid something happened to my home during those 11 days. Shameful!

However my account was debited as normal last month and this month i got a notification that my policy cancelled due to payment not going yet my car insurance went thru and ive not changed bank info therefore clearly it was a mistake yet ive gotta pay two months ahead.

Classic Insurance, and specifically Christina Finley, has been wonderful to work with. They took care of finding me a lower rate on my vehicle a few months ago and most recently home insurance. After dealing with another agency for a couple months with absolutely no luck, Christina took care of me within a day. So grateful!!!
