I don’t normally do this review thing much but I had to on this one. I’ve not been a member of Statefarm long but every interaction with this office has been extremely positive! Never met Brad but I have dealt with his office staff and there’s a young lady by the name of Kate that needs special recognition. She’s polite, kind, articulate and knows her job very well! I don’t run a business but if I did she’s definitely the type of person I would want running my day to day business. Some of the best customer service this 59 year old man has ever seen. She always goes above and beyond for me and I couldn’t appreciate her more! She has made my life easier! Keep up the good work Mrs. Kate!

Absolutely helped exactly what I needed no long drawn out process. Definitely understood my needs this company answers messages helps with all your needs. I can't say enough 54 years of driving best insurance company I've ever had.

Not sure why people keep talking about Jake, they must not have worked with Fisher at the Liberty Hill office. Enjoyable isn’t a term I would think to use when buying insurance but that is how good Fisher was. He wrestled it out. He was quick and responsive and very nice. He was also able to get us a heck of a deal on homeowners and our vehicles. Happy to kick that other insurance company to the curb. If you are in the market for insurance make sure you give Fisher a call…great to have someone local to deal with.

I appreciated working with Fisher at Brad Morgan State Farm. Not only did he save me money on my home owners insuramce, Fisher and Kate took the time to explain things and were very helpful! Fisher and Kate’s customer service was top notch!!!!! If you need home or car insurance I can truly recommend calling Fisher with State Farm!

Highly recommend Fisher as your contact with State Farm. He got my plan changed in a quick phone call and saved me money from my insurance plan from a different company. He is quick, honest and friendly!
