Placed an online order for an iced coffee beverage with a pick up time of 7:55am. I arrived at 8:05 and did not see my drink on the shelf they place the online orders on, so I had to ask someone for a status. A lady went over to the cash register area and saw a beverage sitting on the counter. When she handed it to me, it was in a paper cup that the hot drinks are served in. So I let the lady know that it was supposed to be iced. She looked at the order sticker on the cup and acknowledged that it said “Iced”. I understand that mistakes happen, but these issues need to surface so management can correct them. As a customer who is paying a premium for a cup of coffee ($8.12 for a drink I could get at Starbucks cheaper because they don’t charge $1.00 for non-dairy milk and they offer rewards) from a business that auto populates a minimum $1.00 tip on all online orders, I expect my order to be accurate and made on time.
