I find the associates are skillful, pleasant, friendly.
I love that I get the haircut that I ask for every time I go here. They start with the longest haircut and ask questions about length and style as we go. Mariel did this, and we had a lovely conversation on top of the great haircut. It’s always a great experience.
When I went to Great Clips three days ago, I was on a mission, to find why my friend, BeastMode, was so displeased with his experience. I have come to find that, in fact, BeastMode was completely correct. I asked for a low taper and got A BUZZ CUT. This barber was horrible and I second BeastModes opinion, do NOT go to this great clips.
I want to thank Connie who offered me the best haircut to date . I would like to just choose her for all my visits ❣️
The worst haircut I have ever had. Very disappointed in this place
I would not recommend young children going to this place. I took my 6 year old son yesterday and the lady had no patience whatsoever. “I don’t have time for this ” was repeated throughout the whole cut. She had asked a question about the cut at one point and I told her to look at my other son for reference his cut was done and I hear her yell “don’t you pick your nose in my chair” the hair was tickling his nose and he was trying to rub it. At this point I don’t care what the cut looked like I was ready to leave. When done she asked if I wanted gel in his hair and I said yes she got the lose hair off him took off the cape and told my son to “get out of my chair ” and then said “ oh yeah the gel” I held my hand up and told my husband we’d be in the car. Was my son moving a lot? Yes. Was I actively helping to keep him still? Yes. I respect someone who knows their limits. If you can’t cut kids hair then don’t do it. I would have gladly waited for someone who has the patience to cut kids hair.
Go to Liberty Hills and get Kelsey. Fantastic haircut.
