They take GREAT care of my miniature dachshund! She is healthy and happy when I pick her up! My only complaint is the online booking doesn’t give you the full price estimate… only the overnight cost. Evidently there is also a daily rate. (As if my dog might spend nights but not days?!?) I don’t appreciate the surprise of extra cost at pickup
I chose this facility because of the positive reviews. We needed to board our two dogs for the first time since moving to the area. I was so nervous leaving my babies at a new place. I wanted to check the place out before hand so we just stopped by one day and they were nice enough to give us a tour. From the moment we walked in I felt a sense of relief. Everyone was so friendly and it felt like they genuinely cared about the dogs. We booked four nights and it went so smooth. I even got an email with pictures. That was a great surprise. We will be booking with them in the near future. Would definitely recommend.
I am so pleased with Action Pack Dog Center. My little man loves going and seeing people and other pets. He normally doesn't look back when he leaves the car and he normally doesn't want to go with me to the car when I pick him up. He gives the employees kisses and loves the attention they give him. I love the attention I get as well-at Christmas my buddy made me a Christmas ornament and for Valentine's Day, I got a card with his footprint! Thank you so much for all you do for me and others.
Overdue update: APDC is part of our family. Not only do we continue to take Buddy the Elf to daycare, but Kevin McCallister joined our family and now goes too. Whenever we pull up, everyone knows Buddy and Kevin, and my guys couldn’t care a lick about me anymore - they’re ready to get back there and play. We also use them for boarding when traveling. Kevin is a finicky 7 pound Yorkie who has to be coaxed to eat sometimes and they’ve done great with him. I know they love my dogs, which makes it easier to leave them in their care, because I know they’re being looked after properly. Also, shout out to our birthday parties! Both boys have had them the last two years and it absolutely rules! Totally worth it! Added a couple of bday pics with this update ♥️ —————— Buddy the Elf finished his first day of the doggy daycare today (the Meet and Greet) and we immediately booked him for next week! The staff has been kind since the beginning, easy to get ahold of when I called a few days ago with questions and again today when I “nervous called” to see how my baby boy was doing. When we picked him up, a staff member shared a few more details about his day and my little guy has been snoozing all evening after such a big day! Daycare will become a part of our regular routine and if we ever need to board, Action Pack will be our pick!
My dog absolutely loves it here, I chuckle every time I drop her off because she jumps out of the car and runs toward the gate with no concern where I am - and she's a velcro dog! She doesn't look back at all. They really wear her out. Pricey, so she doesn't get to go more than a couple of times a month, but worth it.
The staff at Action Pack in Georgetown is wonderful. The entire staff provides excellent customer service. My dog and I are always met in a cheerful and welcoming way from the moment we walk in the door. I can tell by my dog's demeanor that she is comfortable and happy to be visiting Action Pack. When I pick her up after her stay she is always happy but definitely worn out for a few days so I'm sure she has enjoyed her stay. Five stars across the board!
They were able to get my dog right in! The check in process was super easy and everyone was very friendly! When I picked macy up she was so fresh and clean!
My dog is reactive but always seems calm with his care givers. He goes with them willingly.
This is a wonderful place to leave your dog for the day or overnight. They LOVE your dog and your dog will feel very comfortable and secure there when you need to be away. You won’t have to worry about your dog because he or she will be having fun, feeling safe and being loved. Our Star is very happy and has lots of human and doggie friends at Action Pack Georgetown. I posted the above several years ago and they have never let me down. Their employees are the BEST at what they do which is put their heart and soul into caring for your dogs. Janean Ferguson
We board our Great Pyrenees here and the staff is soo sweet with her and they have a friendly crew. The round rock location is closer but we will make the longer drive to Georgetown because they love to have her and she loves to get dropped off there! Plus the RR location seems to have way more dogs, and this location is a bigger ranch which is great for our big girl.
