We are very pleased with Michael and his team at FreeTail for their work to replace our roof and siding after it was damaged by hail. Matt is a true professional; he takes such pride in his work that I initially thought he was the owner. He even let me watch and learn during the install! Matthew was awesome! He let us know what he was doing and why, he was communicative about when he would arrive, he was responsive when emailed or called, and the work was quality work. We will be giving Freetail Roofing a call again for other work like gutters, painting, and more.

I’m so glad I found this company and can’t recommend them enough. As a first-time roofer customer, I was understandably nervous after discovering loose and missing shingles on my roof—especially given the horror stories I’d heard about contractors in this industry. Before I called them, I was concerned I’d be pressured into an expensive comprehensive inspection, or pushed to replace my entire roof when I only needed a minor repair. My fears were completely unfounded. They sent a technician out the same day I called, and instead of the lengthy quote process I was expecting, they simply fixed the problem on the spot.
