Monalisa-the admissions coordinator is amazing and so personable. Chris and Ugo are the best CNAs, they are always so positive and help brighten anyone’s mood. Everyone works hard to keep the patients happy and safe. The social worker Angie is so helpful to connect the many dots of providing care. Festus is an excellent nurse who is always professional, patient and caring. My parents enjoy the food and the kitchen and care staff are accommodating to their needs.

The Pflugerville care facility is always so very clean and smells fresh. My loved ones room is always clean no trash in can or on floor. Thank you staff for caring for my brother Murphy H. God bless you all.

Words cannot express how much we love and appreciate the wonderful people at 5 Points of Pflugerville. They walked each family member through every process of the disease of Dementia that took my husband. We were loved and cared for and my husband was always nurtured through lol my bus the process until he passed away recently. Even in death they stayed with us encouraging my children and myself. The staff brought us food and water, came to give us breaks for lunch or dinner, and was more like family rather than staff. Thank you Mona Lisa. Thank you nurses and staff for loving us so well. My husband has been staying at the Five Points since March 2026, and he been receiving excellent care for his health needs. From the first day of check-in with admissions to his case worker, nurses, aids, doctors, specialists, such as; wound care, physical therapists, occupational therapists, to present, all have been caring, professional, and personable. Thank you Five Points for giving my husband all the care he needs during his recovery. We are so thankful we found you!

Having a love one in a skilled nursing home will never be perfect but I have the utmost respect and appreciation for the Five Point team! Thank you for everything you do!! Couple shout outs. Monalisa, you are just awesome! You have been there from the beginning, our admission process, to adjusting to the facility and even on billing/accounting…you go above and beyond your title! Angie, thank you for maintaining your clear communication, scheduled care meetings and being the voice for my mom and I. Last, thank you to the medical team, med techs and the CNAs who are always taking care of my mom. Words can’t express my gratitude!
