Dr Tsai is a wonderful caring doctor -he takes the time to listen and makes us feel valued and respected. He has given me and my husband excellent care and his expertise and wisdom are remarkable- He is a brilliant physician, very skilled and we feel fortunate he is our physician!
Great drs… but waiting for 45 mins for a routine appointment? Apparently it’s the office policy to book 45 mins in advance. Ridiculous.
I've been seeing Dr. Putney for several years now. He and his staff have always been professional, courteous, and even humorous at times, and I appreciate them.
Absolutely horrendous. I showed up at 9.50 for a 10.00 AM appointment. No doctor at 10.30. When asked they told me the front desk policy is to book 45 minutes early. I was fully prepared at 9.50, filling out everything at home. So wasted 30 minutes twiddling my thumbs and walked out. I find this so disrespectful, my time is just as valuable as their doctor's time.
Dr. Christopher Putney at Family Medicine Associates of Round Rock has been my primary doctor since 2018, and I couldn’t ask for better care. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. Over the years, he has truly helped me improve my health and well-being. I’m grateful to have such a dedicated and caring physician.
I have been a patient of Dr. Boyd for 20 years. He and his staff are excellent. Great communication (fast text response and calls), friendly, and professional.
The doctor refused to refill my birth control prescription even though he had recently seen me. I was told I needed him to consult with and advise me in a special birth control appointment for a medicine I have taken for 7 years. I also made it clear my prescription was out and it was urgent. I had to scramble to find a new provider immediately so I could get my prescription before it ran out.
This group has very poor to no communications. My pharmacy contacts them for prescription updates and they didn't even respond. They do not contact me to let me know why they are not updating the pharmacy. They don't let me know I'm due for a checkup, labs, or a physical. They technically have a portal but it is useless.

Worst people to work with or entrust your healthcare needs. I used their practice for 3 years, and every time I have a doctor's visit, I hope that things improve, but all I've seen is deterioration. For my last 2 annual checkups, they never sent my test results. When I call the office, they have me on hold forever, and eventually, I get sent to voicemail, and they've never gotten back to me. I liked Dr. Boyd for a while, but I've also seen him pay less attention to everything and just dismiss whatever you tell him. I'm gonna find myself a new practice going forward.
