Dr. Christopher Putney at Family Medicine Associates of Round Rock has been my primary doctor since 2018, and I couldn’t ask for better care. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. Over the years, he has truly helped me improve my health and well-being. Dr Tsai is a wonderful caring doctor -he takes the time to listen and makes us feel valued and respected. He has given me and my husband excellent care and his expertise and wisdom are remarkable- He is a brilliant physician, very skilled and we feel fortunate he is our physician!

This group has very poor to no communications. My pharmacy contacts them for prescription updates and they didn't even respond. They do not contact me to let me know why they are not updating the pharmacy. They don't let me know I'm due for a checkup, labs, or a physical. They technically have a portal but it is useless.
