We love the location in Leander. Dr Maldonato is kind and thorough. Never feel rushed. Great with teenagers as well! Never a long wait to be seen.

This office is extremely difficult to work with. You can't get in contact with a real person and the scheduling process is extremely inconvenient. The doctors are fine, but I eventually left because of the poor office response and communication. I have been trying to get my daughter's vaccination records for a long time and they are totally unresponsive. It is extremely frustrating. If you want a positive overall experience, I would strongly recommend you go elsewhere.
Professional office with caring personnel to tend to unexpected health matters requiring an immediate office visit. Easy to get an appointment during urgent situations. My only request is to ease and clarify which of the “multiple” Ascension portals is the one to log in. VERY confusing as every link I get via text msg, from different doctors I see, lands on a different front Ascencion portal 🤔
