Impossible to find someone in the billing dept that will assist with prior auth and appeals. Providers will not respond to messages and you literally can’t get someone to help you with a billing issue. The care itself is good but you will be stuck with a large bill and no one to talk to.
Manny has been great working with my daughter to help her get her knees stronger. He has been patient and kind teaching her proper form and answering all her questions.
Went in for a blood draw. I was an hour early because I was in the neighborhood running a few errands. Only waited about 10 minutes. The phlebotomist was AMAZING. She found a vein right away and I didn't even feel her put the needle in. Location-wise, the clinic building is set back from old 183 and so difficult to see from the road. A bigger sign would help. It is just south of the Leander Post Office on old 183.
I was treated by a caring therapist. She was professional and thorough about the treatment for vertigo. The therapist was successful in treating my vertigo.
Excellent center for PT. The therapists are very knowledgeable and likeable. Kirk is the Manager and does an outstanding job. I won't go anywhere else!
A little disappointed that I have to write a bad review after my first visit, but here goes. My first visit to this clinic, I waited 40 minutes to get my blood drawn. Fine whatever I understand. I have my toddler with me always. I do not have family. I'm all she has besides her dad. She had decided to run off because I can't hold her during the blood draw. Also fine I understand. The office staff seemed understanding and helped me out, which made me feel a lot more comfortable coming here again. Well this morning I go in, same phlebotomist, and she says: "Do you have someone to hold her?" And rolls her eyes when I say no. My toddler sat there patiently this time because we weren't waiting 40 minutes. I'm going through a hard time right now and frankly I did not appreciate this, do not appreciate her behavior or attitude. And will not be going back to that clinic. Some mothers do not have support. Thanks for isolating me more.

I recently began my physical therapy here at the Baylor Scott and White Clinic. After being tested for my present strength and range of motion. My physical therapist designed a program specifically for me. I attend therapy at this site two times a week and at my home daily. I have made significant improvements over a short time. I really appreciate the entire staff's attention and willingness to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this facility to any elderly patiences like myself.
Therapeuts are knowledgeable and very kind . The clinic is spacious and clean. I feel confortable and confident.
