Best staff ever!!!! Very happy with the work I’ve had done. The place looks like a house and for good reason because they all make you feel comfortable while there.

During my recent routine cleaning, I was pleased to learn that I had no cavities. The office was charming, and the front desk staff made me feel very welcome. The X-ray technician was kind and gentle, and the dentist was both personable and informative. However, I was disappointed with the dental hygienist. I have never experienced such aggressive and painful flossing. Despite my repeated attempts to ask her to ease up, she continued to use forceful techniques, blaming my “tight teeth” for the discomfort. Additionally, she did not use a floss threader to work around my permanent retainer. Based on this experience, I’m concerned about her ability to handle more complex dental issues.
Went for same day care. Dentist spent 2 minutes with me, and the dental hygienist was the one to write my script and they wrote it incorrectly. when I called for help the receptionist repeatedly referred to the pharmacist she spoke with as "the oriental". I ended up needing care two weeks later for the same problem and went to a different dentist (swish) and they were SOOOOO much better. Avoid this place!!
Amazing staff and dentist. The front office is top notch. If you’re anywhere in the Round Rock, Hutto, Georgetown area, this is the dentist to see for you and all your family needs.
Worst hospitality. Mediocre service. They charge 50$ if we forget the appointment. We have to wait for at least a month or two to get the appointment. The other places I visited so far usually sends a remainder day before the appointment. This place does not do that and charges customers for missed appointments.

Bad experience, they're coming up with charges after 2 years. I have been in there several times within that two years and never a word. Not returning ever. Stay away!
Had a great experience today with my 4 year old daughter. 🙌 when she got back home she literally said "that was so fun, let's go back" - both myself + my daughter had our teeth x-rayed + cleaned. I was super nervous after not going to the dentist in way too long. But didn't feel judged or looked down upon. Excited to continue to support this business!
Really love coming here for any of my dental work. The people are always so nice and they do great work cleaning my teeth.They really care and give me great advice. I love that they send me reminders on my upcoming appointments.
