I would strongly advise against returning to this dental office. My experience with their billing department has been beyond frustrating—it has been completely unacceptable. I was overcharged and have been trying for an extended period to get a refund that is rightfully mine. Despite multiple calls and even visiting the office in person, no one has taken responsibility or made any meaningful effort to resolve the issue. Every time I reach out, I’m told that only a manager can handle it, yet this manager never returns calls or follows up as promised. The repeated excuse of being “short-staffed” is not a valid reason for ignoring patients and failing to correct clear billing errors. What’s worse, I was actually threatened with my account being sent to collections over a balance that is incorrect—when in reality, I have overpaid and am owed money. That is completely unacceptable and deeply concerning. I was even asked to come into the office to speak with a manager, only to arrive and be told they were unavailable. This level of disorganization and disregard for a patient’s time is inexcusable. This office shows a serious lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service. I would not trust them with billing matters.
