I don’t know why I was dragging my feet to finally book a consultation an appointment, but I’m so glad I found Nikki! Being a very detailed orientated person, I appreciate her attention to detail and explain explaining each step and highlighting what we need to focus on. I’m excited for our treatment plan. We have set up and look forward to the many appointments that I plan to book.

I’ve been to Divine Luxury Spa several times but today was extremely divine. I sat in the sauna for 30 minutes before wax and facial. Nikki and I always laugh and have a great time. And today was no different. I was exhausted from the week and needed this service and she delivered. So much so when i stopped snoring 🤦🏽♀️ I had to reorient myself to the day, time etc. Thanks Nikki for always providing excellent service and making it worth every penny!
I walked in and booked a facial and I reached out to see how a reschedule/cancellation could be handled because the babysitter that I had lined up had cancelled. Well the owner Nikki was extremely rude and I was going to figure out a later time but I addressed her tone and she said I didn’t need to come in at all instead of her addressing her behavior. While I am disheartened that I won’t be able to get my facial; I am equally disheartened by the tone and behavior of a BLACK business owner that advertises as such was extremely rude unnecessarily. I am glad this happened so that I didn’t spend a dollar with any business owner that has that type of attitude towards clients. The cancellation policy was not the issue here-the rude mean girl spirit was!
I saw Nikki after a beach trip. My skin was in need of some extra TLC. Thank you so much for the care, education, and dermatologist recommendation.
My first facial appointment with Nikki was absolutely WONDERFUL! She was so attentive to ensuring I was comfortable, and her technique was even better than I expected. The atmosphere is so relaxing! I know I will be back regularly; I can't wait for my next appointment. Oh, and I have to mention the sauna experience—it is AMAZING! This is definitely my new favorite spot for some 'me time.' I’m fairly new to the area and was excited to book a birthday facial with Nikki after receiving several great recommendations. The facial itself was wonderful, and the esthetician who worked with me did an excellent job. I felt relaxed and well taken care of, and the birthday gift bag was a very thoughtful touch. However, I was disappointed to learn (through the confirmation message the day before) that I had been switched to a different provider without being contacted beforehand. I later found out that Nikki no longer performs birthday facials, but had I known that in advance, I would have booked a different service to experience a facial with her based on the many recommendations I received. Overall, it was a good experience, but the lack of communication regarding the change was disappointing.
Owner was very accommodating, pleasant, and professional. The spa is exceptionally clean with beautiful decor. My facial was wonderful and the products Nikki suggested have been working well for my skin. I would definitely go back!
Nikki took care of me today! She recommended the diamond facial and customized a new skin care routine for me. My skin feels like NEW! 🥹 The spa always smells so good and love the cleanliness of this place.
