My wife and I have lived at the Cove at Heatherwilde for 1.5 years. We enjoy the friendly staff and our neighbors. The maintenance staff has always responded quickly to any of our requests. What makes it really unique is the single level 4 unit cotages with no stairs. This is a community that we highly recommend.
I have been here at the Cove at Heatherwilde for less than 2 weeks. It has been a great experience so far! Fabiola, Jolene, David and Lucas Have gone far above my expectations to assist and make me feel welcome. The few things I needed addressed, were done quickly and professionally. This is a very quiet community for over 62 yr. old seniors. There are several beautiful apartments available at different price points. The first week I was here they had a potluck dinner in the community center. Everyone was invited! The Cove provided Ham and Turkey. This, I hear, is a monthly function. It is a good way to meet others in the community, or not, your choice! There are several other ammenities, like a weight room, computer room, library and many more. I highly recommend the Cove for your parents, or just you. I searched out several Senior Apartments in this area and found the Cove at Heatherwilde to be the best choice. Regards Ray B.
We loved the facility! We had to move to Utah but wish we were back there. The staff was wonderful! We really miss everyone!!

We have lived here for 4 years and it’s been a great community of friendly, supportive neighbors. It’s been great for us meeting friends and loving a quiet life with seniors like ourselves.
Lived there for three years. The place has gone downhill. Appliances are 20 years old. Owner wont buy anything new. Landscape is awful! NOT like the pictures!!! Front office staff is rude and plays favorites. If you need to call corporate, good luck. They dont do a thing!! Managers wont deal with adult children living there with parents, and victim blame you if you complain! Maintenance supervisor is cocky and tattles to manager. Rent keeps going up yet they dont fix that place up at all. Its not a great place to live anymore...ACs going out all the time and they rarely replace them even tho they are so old. They treat you so nice when its time to move in, then after that no more! And dont bother trying to call the office, they dont answer the phone.
