I’m pleased with the entire staff and treatment in Dr Cassidy’s office.
This is Hailey Martin and I try to get through to my doctor and assistants and it takes 30mins to an hour to get through to even leave a message.
I would like to say something good about Cedar Park Physicians, unfortunately I had a bad experience.l won’t name the person but I’m disappointed for her poor attention to my medical needs.
Needed to find a PCP since moving here from IL. Dr Cassidy was excellent, she reviewed my medical history and chronic conditions. After her exam and recommended course of treatment, I was very happy. Dr Cassidy reminded me of my Dr in IL, with whom I had a very long & successful medical relationship.
Appt on time and Dr clearly explained everything. Great experience so far!
Was able to schedule a (virtual) consultation on the same day.

I really like Dr Cassidy. She takes all the time u need to understand my test results and health questions. She also gets back to me in my patient portal in a timely manner. She’s very knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Sheth was very attentive, thorough, professional and kind. This was my first time to see him, but I was very impressed.
