Rhonda spent some time with me and helped with lots of useful information even though my mother wouldn't be able to be placed here. She also has a passion to ensure veterans are looked after properly. If things were this wonderful without ever discussing if my mother could be placed here, then I can only imagine how great this facility's ability to provide care would be. Thank you.

From day one, they made us feel like family while still maintaining an incredibly professional and well-run environment. Finding an assisted living home you believe to be good for your Mother it is not easy. After a long search we are so glad we found "The Primrose" in Round Rock. The house and the rooms are beautiful. The staff is incredibly nice, capable and caring. The manager responds quickly to any reasonable request we might have. Choosing an assisted living facility is one of the hardest decisions a family can make, but the team at Primrose made it so much easier. From day one, Rhunda treated us like family. The staff is incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely seems to love what they do. It’s a huge relief knowing our loved one is in such capable and kind hands. 5 stars all the way. The Primrose honestly made such a difference for my aunt. She was treated so well and really thrived there. We looked at several other places and this was by far better than the rest. Much more personal and caring and it actually feels like a home. We’re really grateful for the care they gave her.
What a great fit for my father. The Primrose, and all its staff, has been perfect for my 86 yr old Dad. He has made friends and joins some of the activities. The food is good and he is always clean. I can relax and know he is being well taken care of and happy. Thank you.
