Try your best not to go here. Those people will ignore your calls, not message you for days, make you wait months for an appointment then call you at 7 am and tell you the provider called out and now you have to wait months again for your next appointment. Then after that once the day is there they will tell you they no longer take your insurance. If you actually need healthcare, this is not the place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Chang and Dr. Razo believe in cycling people through like cattle with hitting big numbers with out a care in the world for the health of the people they are supposed to be treating. After 2 requests from the pharmacy, mychart messages that werent responded to and my daughter running out of anxiety meds, days earlier, I finally went in personally and stood at the front desk til I got a nurse to come speak with me to refill the prescription. Then after leaving my phone number telling them to call me bc my wife is at work that day, they still call her bc they dont want to talk with someone that is holding them accountable. I hear the stories from nurses that come work for my employer all time from BSW about how they left bc S&W pyshes numbers over quality of care and sadly, my family sees the same thing first hand as well.

This place will overbill you to the extreme. $2400 for a 20 minute office visit and a shot, $1500 of that for a "facility fee". They are trying to charge me $1300 out of pocket. This is for "in network". I asked before receiving the shot if my insurance would cover it and was told that my copay would cover it. Two months later I received this crazy bill. When I questioned it, BSW confirmed that this is "typical charge for my visit". Neither BSW or my Insurance has been helpful in resolving this. I submitted my information as requested below and nothing changed, they don't care. They just want to look as if they do. Avoid this facility!

Caring nurses and excellent all around staff. Waited at most 10 minutes for the Doctor. That’s a good sign that He spends enough time with the patients!
