This is a great location especially if you live in Sun City. The staff and medical personnel have been comparable to other medical establishments that I've used in Central Texas over the past 30 years. They are knowledgeable and able to diagnose or refer you as needed. Appointments are easy to set upand the I'm here through the app is excellent for quick check-in. Medical appointments have been on time without a long wait. Labs need to be scheduled is there a no walk ins allowed. The pharmacy is convenient and usually pretty quick. They also do vaccinations at this Pharmacy.

I was referred here after breaking my ankle in an accident, and i was pretty nervous to come here due to all the bad reviews. But from my very first appointment here to the post op check ups I've had, my experience here has been amazing. Everyone I have been in contact with were so kind and very welcoming from the receptionists to the radiologist, to the medical assistant and all in between. Dr. Grantham is amazing and answered all my questions and just made me feel welcome. So thank you all so much.

Went on a Sunday after doing an online appointment. Was in and out within an hour. Beats the ER, where your there for hours. Loved the PA and LPN I saw.

The worst experience, they are indifferent to your medical situation, they receive you to bill but send you to another center generating double expenses. Don't go if you have an emergency It’s just a waste of time. In my case I speak from experience due to hypertension, pure talking and talking that is very high and they refer to another center as equal or worse attention than them. Case two: Quick emergency appointment (ankle injury) appointment 3 pm between slow process gave them laziness to do Rx send the patient to nearby center 16 min, thinking that everything was ready to receive and finally consult well NOT only to justify in the other center lost they performed RX but there was no doctor to receive her. An absolute disaster, and by the way not a cold compress to relieve, nor a Tylenol that obviously they can charge it. Very bad attention. I will never go through this kind of situation again.

I’ve waited weeks for an appointment with the Orthopedic surgeon. My appointment was just cancelled because I wouldn’t see his PA instead, and the only other appointments were weeks out and not guaranteed (meaning, they would cancel those as well). Meanwhile, I can barely get around because of my knee issue that I’ve now wasted time that could have been spent on finding another doctor, because this office didn’t see fit to schedule me for a time that the doctor was actually available WEEKS ago. Their mistake… but I get to pay for it. I definitely don’t recommend BSW Sun City Clinic. Absolutely awful service.

According to Medicare Dr Sepide Nematian has been ordering wound dressings for me for the last 10 months at a cost of $2,580 a month! I have never even been seen by this physician. When I called Baylor Scott and White they had no record of me bringing seen. When I asked to be able to speak with the physician who has been ordering these supplies I was told it was not possible. The charges continue ever month according to Medicare
