It’s always quick to get an appointment especially if it’s for a sick visit! We’re very happy with all providers and have had a great experience everytime! Great first experience for us here. The office was nice and clean. Overall our visit went very well. Staff were all nice and helpful.

If only everyone were half as good at expertise, empathy, and kindness as Dr. Yu is. she and the rest of the staff are the best!
I was in town as a visitor and chose this location from the great reviews. My toddler (3) had a recurring skin condition (for several months) that we had been told is impetigo. It popped back up for the 3rd time while visiting and so I brought him in for an appointment on a Friday, hoping that an experienced pediatriciancould finally get to the bottom of what it was snd why it wasn't going away. I explained the history and that I was concerned he needed an antibiotic but that the other ones only slightly helped but hadn't been working to finally knock it out. All the NP did was pull up pictures of impetigo on the computer and implied that I had no idea what I was talking about and everything was fine. I explained again that it looks the same and I knew whatever it was, was back. In the end, she said it was excema, told me she was not concerned at all, he could swim in the hotel pool and did not need an antibiotic. I was not suprised at all that by Sunday, it was a full blown outbreak of whatever this skin condition was. Mostly, I felt very unheard and mad I had paid for a visit and wasted my time. I was suprised she didn't culture it (given the history of reoccurrence) or offer any additional support or ideas. If this was my regular pediatrician, I would 100% not return. Update for NP that treated us - Turns out it was pseudomonas aeruginosa, a highly resistant bacteria. Would have been great to have known months ago!
I would like to say to the all Ladies, staff at Georgetown Pediatric and Family Medicine they really work well together. It doesn't take them long to get you in to see the NP Debra Castro and she's very thorough if she had more time it would be even better. 💯 for the whole staff. Sincerely Mr.Alvis Lewis. 💯 %
Super loving staff always !They have movies and coloring for the kiddos while they wait . Dr.Yu is a sweetheart and amazing with all of our babies, she always answers our questions super thoroughly ! She truly is the best pediatrician.10/10 recommend for you to bring your babies here !

My son had strider like noises so we came in and saw a nurse practitioner who listened to his lungs. Said they were clear and then told me he was exaggerating his breathing. Four days later my child almost died and had a tumor in his airway! We have spent 30 days in a hospital. We have months of chemo to come. I referred so many here and feel so horrible about that. I am also very sad no one seems to be taking it seriously and the office manager made it sounds like I may have thought the NP told my son and I he was exaggerating but she really never said that. My son still remembers her saying that!
This was my first visit to Georgetown Clinic . All staff was very courteous. Thank you Mrs. Deborah Castro for the attention given to my daughter and me. At the afternoon she call me back to ask and answer questions related to my visit. Was a very impressive attention received from all the staff. Again: thank you very much to everybody!
