Established care with Dr. Settipalle today and I couldn't be happier. She was very thorough, listened closely and I didn't feel rushed at all. The front desk staff, nurse and lab tech were all wonderful.
Dr. Manthena, I’m sorry you’re such a miserable person that you feel the need to take it out on your patients. You should not be a doctor. My last visit here was with Dr. Manthena. She was the absolute worst doctor I have been to. First of all, when she asked the routine questions about smoking/vaping/drinking, she did not believe me when I said no to all and kept accusing me of lying. I finally had to tell her I meant it when I was saying no. Second, she was incredibly judgmental when asking me about my plans for college, telling me I should know what I’m doing already (I was sixteen at the time, seriously???). Third, she body shamed me multiple times. One of the things I remember her saying was “you need to work on your core,” while pressing on my stomach. I am a very skinny, very short person, but that doesn’t make it okay for a doctor to make degrading comments about my body. It seemed like she was trying to belittle me the entire time and was saying anything she could to make me feel bad about myself. She is a HORRIBLE doctor and should switch to a job where she doesn’t have to talk to people.
Great health care provider. Friendly efficient staff. Could not ask for anything more in a doctors office!

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. What should have been a simple follow-up regarding an antibiotic prescription turned into a frustrating and unnecessary ordeal. After multiple attempts to get clarification and the prescription sent in, nothing was handled in a timely or organized way. Communication was poor, expectations were never clearly explained, and I was left without the medication I needed despite following up several times. For something as routine as a prescription follow-up, I expected basic coordination and clear communication. Instead, I had to repeatedly reach out without receiving clear answers or resolution. This lack of responsiveness and accountability made an already stressful health situation worse. I hope the clinic improves its follow-up process and patient communication so others don’t have the same experience.
For someone in leander it is near and convenient. Front desk staff needs to be improved, for this clinic, can be better in terms of categorizing the type of appointments and rescheduling avoid multiple visits for the patient due to confusion. Had this happen twice with me until now. Doctors are good!!
