Half of the time I come here with an appointment and do not get seen within 90 minutes of my scheduled time. Today I was scheduled for 3:15pm, it’s currently 5:02 and still haven’t seen the doctor. This was a scheduled appointment over a week in advance. I don’t want to come here anymore.
Careful with doctors here. They mostly read off a computer for recommendations. My doctors caused me to have internal bleeding with conflicting medications. Guess one didn't even look at the computer. Sad how much simple customer service is going downhill.
Dr Poage always takes care of my mom!!
We are just following Dr Badipe from Treehouse Peds. As always Dr Badipe provides excellent care and advice. Not really giving ARC the stars , new client but overall seemed like a pretty decent clinic.
We had a very disappointing experience at this lab for blood work for our 1-year-old infant. After our visit, the lab nurse was unable to find a vein in either hand and made many repeated attempts, poking multiple times and searching over and over. This was very painful and distressing for our child and for us to watch. Eventually, I asked her to stop and we left feeling upset and uncomfortable. Even the nurse acknowledged how difficult it was to locate a vein, which did not give us confidence in the process. This experience was extremely frustrating and has made us hesitant to return to this lab in the future.
Saw the sports doctor in building C and had bloodwork in building B. The nurses were extremely patient. The staff didn’t care or even greet, but the 2 nurses were phenomenal. I told them I’d bruise and without nudging she drew my blood patiently with a butterfly needle. The place was so busy and she could have rushed but she took her time. Super grateful for such staff.
Went in for lab work this morning. I was asked if I had an appointment, I said no, I was told I didn’t need an appointment. My PCP is with ARC but my lab order was from an outside dr from Austin GI clinic. The lab technician informed me that scheduled appointment’s come first and then they take the walk-ins totally understandably so I sat there for a good 45 minutes to an hour, and then a woman that was a walk-in was taken before me and I went to the desk and I said I’m confused. She was a walk-in after me and then I was informed well because you’re a walk-in and your doctor is not affiliated with ARC other walk-ins come first, I told her my PCP is though , how jacked up is that, if you’re a walk-in you’re a walk-in, so question-was she going to make me sit there until they closed taking other walk-ins before me? It makes no sense to me. I’ve never heard of a lab taking appointments, people are fasting and aren’t going to wait until an appointment is available to have labs done. I told her I’ll just go to CPL where I get treated decently and you don’t need an appointment for lab work.
Highly mismanaged clinic. When you enter, there are 3-4 people at the reception, may be one is working and the others are just chit-chating. After their chitchat is done, they may find some time to actually do their job and check you in. Appointment times have no meaning. It can easily take 45 minutes AFTER your appointment time to actually see a doctor. A routine appointment becomes an event - expect to spend 90 mins. The doctors are for the most part good, but the absolute mismanagement of the clinic is appalling. Today's stats: Appointment time 16 mins Waiting time: 47 mins. This is a recurring concern in multiple reviews but nobody in the clinic management seems interested or is competent to fix it.
My first mammogram was today and Kim was amazing. She explained everything step by step and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Thank you, Kim, for making me feel at ease today.
