Dr Carothers gave me enough time to listen and gave me several options to improve what I am communicating and he goes in detail that are easy to understand why and is the benefit in following those medical advice !
The charges were significantly higher than expected, and the billing department did not seem responsive or helpful when we raised concerns. This experience has led us to leave ADC and look for another provider.
Have to wait for the dr to come to the room for 30 min now from the appointment time and still waiting, the nurse comes with some tests before even the doctor could come and check the kid. This is ridiculous 😒 🙄. Hope the management looks into the quality of service because we are paying our hard earned money and we deserve something better.
Dr. Carothers is great but staff does not code preventive care services properly and you get a surprise bill abt 9 months later.
Paul really listens, understands my situation, very willing to get to an underlying diagnosis and not just brush things off. Office staff very pleassnt, and efficient. As a newer and growing facility, the fact it is not crowded wrt parking is nice.
Early morning appointment. From the moment I walked in, tol I walked out, everything was firing on all cylinders. A real comfortable feeling there. Dr. Wong came in prepared with my information, and asked it has been going with the specialists he's referred. No complaints from me.
Doctor Carothers is thorough as well as personable. He is an excellent provider.
Always a little nerve wracking with a new primary care physician, but Dr Wong and staff knocked it out of the park. Finally found someone who will listen to my questions and concerns. On the right path.
I drive from N.W. Austin to this office to see my doctor because he is the BEST!!
