I needed a manual wheelchair for work. The provider kept strong arming me to get an electric chair as they are more expensive. It took weeks of faxing back and forth and horrible customer service by the provider but Dr Kerstin diligently helped get the process moving. The provider even tried to strong are Dr Gillespie to change my prescription for and electric chair but her office has patiently advocated for me all along the way. Thankyou to all the staff at Aspire!
Dr. Gillespie took the time to explain what should be done to address my medical needs. She was very thorough and caring about my medical health/history.
Today was my first appointment and I was blown away! From the second you walk in the door the energy is just amazing :) Nicole greats you with a smile and makes you feel right at home getting you checked in, Khristian and Robin are two more people who make you feel super comfortable. Kerstin is absolutely fabulous! Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable she also truly takes the time to get to know you as a person and understand your needs. She explained so much to me today that a light bulb went off in my brain "oh I finally understand, this makes so much sense now". I highly recommend Aspire Family Medical, my experience was amazing and they literally treat you like family!

1 Hour! 1 Hour! - you heard me right. I got to spend an entire hour with Kerstin. We went through my entire medical history. She took the time to ask questions, to explain, and more importantly, to listen. In addition, she did not push pills at me for slightly high cholesterol like the previous place. This was my very first visit. If this is the care that I am going to get.....I have found my forever Care!

Kerstin has been such an amazing provider! We have previously dealt with some less than acceptable medical care, and Kerstin’s care and advice has been unmatched! The front desk assistant (Nichole?) was pleasant and super helpful.

Kerstin Gillespie is one of my favorite practitioners I’ve ever worked with. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and educated, and her care is always so comprehensive and compassionate. I really appreciate her conservative approach to medications while also educating her patients on other modalities of support for their bodies, including nutrition and supplementation. I would (and have) refer my own friends and clients to her.
