They give the best customer service is family owned and operated and they are always nice friendly and will take care of you. I have been going there for over six years now I’ve tried a couple of other places and always came home. They are like a family their prices are competitive.
I West to this place to get my nails done and I was extremely disappointed. The work was horrible — the nails were uneven, poorly done, and of very bad quality. The person who did my nails was rude, unpleasant, and had no willingness to fix her mistakes. Honestly, I do not recommend this place at all. There are plenty of salons where they treat customers with respect and actually care about doing a good job — this is definitely not one of them.
They did great, did not pressure me into a ton of upgrades, had a great “regular color” selection (I don’t like gel, it’s too hard on my nails), and gave an amazing calf/shin massage. Will be coming back!
I just moved to the area and gave Aroma a try after reading many positive reviews. The first time I went, I was greeted by a very friendly young man named PJ. I was just getting my toes painted and it was refreshing that I wasn’t pressured to get a pedicure. Vicky was also very friendly and welcoming as she painted my toes. I went back yesterday after scheduling an appointment.with Vicky and she was just as sweet and conversational. She put on a new set of nails for me and did my toes again. She did an excellent job and the price was really reasonable. I’ve found my new “self-care” home!

Four days ago I received a gel manicure and pedicure from Aroma Nails and Spa. The experience was nice; the place was clean, the people there were accommodating, and they have free refreshments. Less than 24 hours later two of my nails had polish flaking off. By day four the polish peeled completely off of one of my nails. I hate paying so much for something that doesn't last a week.
Aroma Nails did an amazing job once again! I’ve been coming here for 7 years, and they never disappoint. Their customer service is always top-notch, and they go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. I love bringing my girls with me—especially my 4-year-old, who absolutely loves visiting the salon. The staff is so friendly and always make her feel special!
I got a pedicure with gel polish and I am highly satisfied with the services! The staff offered drinks and the foot/leg massage was AMAZING. The massage was so relaxing; I enjoyed the scrub, hot towels, and hot rocks. Mid-way through the session, I was feeling so relaxed and sleepy; I was ready to take a nap!
I’ve been coming here for 8 years and have always had a great experience! Everyone is super friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!
